I dont have any limit on my calories... i think its at around 2500 or something like that .. which i NEVER get close to... i use it more as a tool to see what ive eaten and identify what has driven them up so much. my fat content is always around the 70% mark. I usually wind up eating around 1500 calories, < 20 carbs i try to drink around 3litres of water... So confused....

I would go with the lowest figure, that way youre safe, underestimating calories burned is not going to be bad, considering that even as best we try, we all underestimate our calories in, It will all work itself out in the wash.

My husband isnt in the miliatry, but his job does mean that we spend absolutely no time together, an hour here or there occassionally and never a day off together. Its hard to motivate yourself some days and sometimes i dont feel like cooking healthy for one... but you will get there im sure.

I would suggest a juice fast? it takes some dedication and is pretty extreme, but itll flush your system, it should mix up your your routine and boost your weight loss! its also great for yoru digestive system and allows your body to repair itself. Do some research and see if it is for you - hopefully it will help
