You can always get a dress taken in, but it is very hard to make it any bigger. I'd order a size twelve like you were going to, then take it in however much you need to.

I agree with you on that the word 'normal' to describe processed, unhealthy food is a bit wierd. But I don't think that it was one of the points in the OP's post (the word normal is put in quotation marks anyway). Normal is different for everyone, although good healthy foods are not to be considered discusting and horrible…

I agree with the above poster. Try getting your calorie intake closer to your goal and make sure you're getting enough water, especially when you're working out!

Last night I had some left over chopped up apple from when I'd put some in porridge earlier that day. Skin on, and cut into squares about the size of a thumnail, it was a great late night snack to eat while watching TV! I'm going out today as well, so I chopped some up in advance to snack on in the car :heart:

I'd like to notice a little difference in my body by the time valintines day comes. I don't have a boyfriend though so the victory will be just for me :)

That's perfectly fine, many people say that MFP automatically sets the protein goal too low.

The muscle soreness after starting my workouts videos. It's a good pain, and I know it's a sign of a great workout. But I still feel sore and grumpy :laugh:

Definetly one of my favorite sitcoms ever! I love how it's a little nerdy and quirky as well as having a bit of sexual humor. That's why it's so different from of sitcoms lately. "[knock knock knock] penny!" "who is it?"

That's the great thing about MFP, it's not a diet ;). Agree with the above poster who metnioned to make foods that you crave yourself. I will be much healthier that way and there are heaps of low cal recipies for pretty much everything is you google.

I don't 'cheat', or at least I don't think of it as cheating. If I want to eat a particular food, I make it myself in the most healthy way possible, and fit it into my calorie allowance. I do my strength training to that show, hahaha. It motivates me, I guess. I really hate the way the host keeps drilling into the contrstents that they can never be happy until they lose heaps of weight. I find that the trainers themselves arn't like that though.

I've only ever had their vegetarion sausage rolls, and I though it was delicious :x I don't get into the city very often though, so I don't have to worry about cravings.

I have never known anything about makup and honetly can't be bothered using it. Whenever I have worn it I feel fake and kind of 'painted'. Hey, I'm supporting the healthy way of loosing weight and living. I have been a little under the caloire goal on my first first days but I am learning and improving. Fasting and depriving myself is not a good way to be healthy and stay healthy. I requested you, an d anyone else can feel free to as well!
