I use those Mio flavor drops when I am bored with plain water... they are amazing. Otherwise I would reach for a diet soda or tea with a sweeter.

We are incorporating a change for the kids as well. I use a magnectic dry erase chore chart from target (only because it already has chart on it) to use for our food pyramid. yes! I work out for at least an hour 4-5 days a week. And I am starting to get more active on the weekends. I don't go to the gym on sat or sun but I do walk around the neighborhood on my off days.

I let my 4 year old pick her own reward. Go To Chicken 4 chicken breast (I use bone in) 1/4 onion (vidalia) 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth or stock spices of your choice (I use varitey of mrs dash, whatever I am in the mood for) Cover on low 4 hours.... the chicken is so moist and just falls off the bone. I serve with brown rice and steam veggies.

I made homemade lasagna (loaded with veggies) and a salad. After entering in my recipe and servings, MFP tells me it is 175 calories per slice! Altered the recipe to use fat free ricota and mix 1 bag regular and 1 bag fat free mozzerella... didn't even notice the taste difference.
