I just ordered my polar ft4 HRM (should be delivered tomorrow), but after looking at the fitbit website... those features seem pretty stellar. Would you need one or the other? Or could you incoperate both into your workouts? Can the fitbit calculate calories burned as acurately as a HRM for a Zumba class (for example)? I…

how to search recipes??
whenever I am entering my meals into my diary, I go ahead and enter the recipe into the database. Is there a way to search recipes from other people? I can search nutritional values, but not full recipes? Why? I am entering all the steps of my meals... am I just not seeing it? HELP

My hubby is buying me a HRM for Valentine's day (my request) and I don't know which one to order, the polar ft4 or ft7?? Any Advice? I went to polar's website, but to me it seemed there wasn't much difference. Any suggestions would be great!

how to post C25K as exercise?
Just started the C25K program, but I am not sure how to log it into my exercise log for MFP. Since my speed and intensity keeps changing, do I log my "average" speed and incline or what? For instance, today I walked at 2.5 for 5 min (warm up). Jog at 4.5 mph (2 incline) for 60 sec. Walk at 3mph for 90 sec (same incline).…
