how to post C25K as exercise?

Just started the C25K program, but I am not sure how to log it into my exercise log for MFP. Since my speed and intensity keeps changing, do I log my "average" speed and incline or what? For instance, today I walked at 2.5 for 5 min (warm up). Jog at 4.5 mph (2 incline) for 60 sec. Walk at 3mph for 90 sec (same incline). And went back and forth for 20 min doing the jog/walk combo. Thanks in Advance

    I did C25K for two sessions before I realized my body could not handle it yet. I just logged all the individual pieces.

    you'll have to create it, go to your exercise and it'll say "create a new exercise" and then you can log in the information from there.
