Hi You sound just like me. I think I eat healthy at least 75% of the time then when I get stressed it triggers something and I binge like mad to the point I feel sick. Then I'll behave few a few days then off it goes again, but at the moment I'm trying to be more aware of this and I seem to be controlling I a lot me. Diane

Hi Tim A big well done on your weight loss so far. I think you always lose a fair bit in the first couple of weeks, I know I do. Keep up the good work and remember small goals are more achievable. I always tend to set my goals too high then I fail, half a stone at a time for me. Diane

Thanks for the replies, when I logged in after about 10 months of not using it it said 1100, maybe I adjusted it from last time. Anyway I have set it to 1200 and will see how I manage, I can always move up to 1300 if need be.
