Hey everybody! How's your morning going? Mine is fantastic. I weighed myself, and since last week, I've lost two pounds! I was 180, now am 178. So that means only 43 pounds or so to go! Woo-hoo!

I love bananas, but like it was mentioned, only when they aren't ripe. LOL....once they start tasting banana-y and get spots.....blech.......the only thing I use them for then is banana bread!

Are you starting a labor day challenge, or is this an extension of another one? 'Cuz I'd love to join. I am 182 today, and would love to be about 150 by then!!!! Starting weight 185 Todays weight 182 I did 4 days of 45 min workout, except yesterday, I did 1 hour and 45 min. I walked 6 miles!! WOOT WOOT!
