I definitely do not eat"clean" I don't like veggies and not much fruit either. I need some friends. I'm 36,married,have two daughters,weigh over 200 lbs.

Sorry I cant help much,I just bought a cheap $20 one from Ross Dress for Less store.Does its job though and its lasted a couple years now plus my 3 yr old loves it too.

glad to see that my husband and i arent the only ones who dont eat fruits and veggies,we eat corn but Ive been told thats not considered a veggie anymore. And I guess every once in a while he will eat a pear or strawberry... or plum...ok he eats a little fruit,lol

I havent had circulation problems but Ive gotten planters warts on one foot,and lots of them,takes forever to get rid of them and they keep coming back.

same here,right now I am moving stuff so I am earning another 1,000 a day almost.

i have a Fitbit Zip and it tracks walking and running so I dont need to log those but I do need to log anything that it cannot track such as bikeing,swimming,weights,etc....and log those on MFP. So just log whatever your Fitbit doesnt track.:smile:

same thing happened to me,after getting regular again I tried the Fiber Plus bars and they do not make me gassy at all and I get results.

I had a Flex for a while,I liked it but took it back because it doesn't count steps when pushing a stroller so I got a Fitbit Zip.

ok so its now May 21st,almost a month from when I posted this..so now its been about two months not losing.or more... so I went up to 1900 cals and just gained.then had a Fitbit Flex for a while and discovered I burn about 2200 on a lazy day and 2400-2500 0n a lightly active day. returned the flex because it doesn't count…

it does burn calories but its too complicated to figure out how many,I think. cause there's so many factors.

exactly,except I have a soda every once in a while,can't stand diet soda "clean eating"I think means organic maybe,natural whole foods,nothing packaged or processed

I love this thread! I don't eat "clean" and I lost 37 lbs! I am tired of reading posts that say "clean" eating is the only way that you will lose weight.for some people that may be true.
