lets go with 19. 1 lb a week, which would put me under my goal weight, but Thanksgiving is before, so gives a little time to burn off any added poundage from all the yummy thanksgiving treats ;-)

Deanna- i am totally scale obsessed. like you I weigh myself about 3x daily, and not even consciously sometimes. its crazy ,huh? especially when we know how much we can fluctuate after even drinking a glass of water!!

find something you love! i have found classes work better for me than just going to the gym to workout. Also start small and build up your tolerance for the work out or you will foir sure burn out. :wink:
