  • A meal isn't a meal without meat.......who needs veggies....just give me meat! I may leave veg on my plate but always eat my meat. If an animal has died to feed me I show it respect and eat it all! Fresh salmon is great, lots of very good salmon recipes to try.......

  • Even though I have only been here 10 days or so, I have found that the few friends I have so far are good at nagging me to motivate me........I told them to nag me......it works for me! Good luck and keep going.......or I will be back to nag!!!
