I have Black coffee, with 5g Grassfed Butter and 5g Coconut oil, the trick here is to blend it so the fat emulsifies with the coffee and creates a cappucino effect. Delicious.

Real food, Veggies Fish Meat eggs fruit etc and low Gi Carbs, Brown rice, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Oats, sweet potato. Basically nothing with processed added sugars.

Fat or Carbs dont make you fat, too many calories do. also get your calories from healthy sources, makes such a huge difference for me.

garlic, chilli, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano is the basis of mine bash it all up with some lime juice and coconut oil.

Breakfast and Post workout is the time where some carbs are just fine.
