what's your percentage?

I was wondering what percentages you have for carbs, proteins, and fats.

I changed mine to 50%, 30% 20% today, is that an ok mix? I would like to optimize my weight loss :)

    Using percentages can be a little problematic for some people. Instead you should shoot for minimums.

    1g protein per pound of lean body mass
    .35g fat per pound of total body weight
    the rest you can fill in as you like

    For me, that ends up being about 30% fat, 40% carbs, 30% protein, which matches up nicely to my goals/training as well.
