  • Are both these programs only available by dvd or can you download them off the computer? We now longer have a dvd player and our laptops do no come with a cd drive. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I would like to do T25 but this is a stumbling block for me. Thanks for any ideas beside purchasing a dvd player.

  • I put some popcorn in a bowl with a lid and microwave till it stops popping and its great. I don't add oil or butter just plain, no bag needed no air popper. Easy.

  • I use the fit bit scale. It records every time I step on the scale you cannot ignore what the scale says it records it automatically on here. Its great it shows a graph and I can really see what is happening. Love it. Now if the two pounds I lost this last week comes back on I will cry for real.

  • I also like the outdoors better. I walk because I have bad knees would love to run. On the treadmill I always can stop at a mile instead of having to make it all the way back home. I get more miles in on the road than the treadmill. Theres just something about being outside even in the rain and cold.

  • Do not ignore knee pain. I had knee pain from walking! Yes walking I tried to walk it out then both knees started hurting to the point of not being able to walk except in horrible pain. I had stress fractured both knees. Out and in pain for over a year and a half. Please get new shoes asap.
  • I have an FT4 and can not hear hear the beep while working out. Does anyone else have this problem is there a volume control? I also do not like that you can not see your calories being burned or heartrate and time all at once. So far not in love with my FT4 except for the color.
  • You can find The 30 day shred level one on You Tube. I also found level three but it was actually following along with a young lady. I could not find level 2. I have been using comcast fitness for ab workouts. Love it and will be using more soon.
