Good workouts on Comcasts' On Demand Fitness section

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried any workouts on On Demand. Before I've lost a significant amount of weight from using JM 30 day shred, but it was removed and unfortunately I've slacked off and gained some of the weight back. Today I was skimming through some of the workouts on there and the programs didn't seem as effective, so I was wondering if anyone uses any specific wokout programs through that outlet. Thanks!

    You can find The 30 day shred level one on You Tube. I also found level three but it was actually following along with a young lady. I could not find level 2. I have been using comcast fitness for ab workouts. Love it and will be using more soon.

    Try Jill Coleman I love her workouts especially Tabata Interval, its short but it brings on the sweat.
  • I love Jill Coleman's workouts! i started with the 12 min floor aerobics once a day then moved to twice a day then switched to her 20 min tabata interval, now i combine that with the 12 min floor aerobics and i love it. it doesn't take much time and i can do it even with a toddler running around, sometimes he tries to do it with me!
