I've actually mixed StrongLifts & Starting Strength workout together. I find it much better to work with & suits me to a treat! I have improved on my technique which is always a bonus! Just remember to take things easy and all in baby steps. Most importantly, EAT! EAT! EAT!

I drive a modified car show Vauxhall Corsa, a Honda Civic EP3 and a 07 BMW 530d. Corsa = All turn heads definitely not made for comfort Honda = well it's a Honda... BMW = extremely fun to drive and not too bad on run flat tires. Torque is just insane for 3.0 turbo

Just read that, thanks Raz bro. ;) I already eat most of that but just adjust some of the few things due to my indian meals lentils/rice/brown flour/beans etc. I can easily stick to that sort of diet. just my carbs will be quite high on all days. ( being a vegetarian limits you alot ). So i guess my answer this topic is NO…

Have been using this only few times & works perfectly. watch is comfy, strap is comfy unless you intend to wear it the whole day to track your heart rate & calories then it can become annoying. Its waterproof which is a bonus. Overall 8/10. Great offer from Lidl!

i personally can't survive without milk. Being Vegetarian i need to get my protein from elsewhere since meat is not an option! But it does seem like a good diet for you meat lovers!

Keep them coming guys! I'm basically going to be switching to high fat/protein but low in carbs diet, so need to know all the food items i can eat so i can still manage a high enough protein & fat intake while keeping my carbs low.

How much volume are we talking about? So you saying in essence that... surplus diet + low reps and 90% strength for weights = gaining in strength + some muscle + fat gain and surplus diet + moderate reps say 8 reps + 70-80% strength for weights = muscle + fat gain?

surely even by doing say 3 sets of 5 reps & having your diet in surplus your bound to pack on muscle?

I've been a vegetarian my whole life since birth. Also my parents, brothers, sisters, grand parents ...i mean the list goes on & we are still standing strong! All rubbish to me to be fair.

I my self have done quite a bit of research and i shall be doing the StrongLifts 5x5 workout myself purely for increase in lean muscle mass & strength! When your doing high reps your targeting different fibres compared to low reps!

I eat when im hungry really, sometimes i'll have a quick snack if i know i won't be able to access food if i'm out.
