I was just coming back from school, turned the tv on and it was on every channel! was huge shock!
-
interesting stuff this is! I am currently doing 3x5 ( deadlifts, squats, chest press, overhead press ). Now i personally have seen both strength, muscle gains and some fat loss too which i didn't think was possible as i am on a surplus calorie intake but i may start doing high reps with my workouts and see how it pans out!…

Explain?

I'd say creatine is optional. BCAA - definitely helps with recovery i've found. whey protein - easy way of getting protein into your system quickly after a workout. A decent multi-vitamin to help replenish your body and detoxify the body. Flaxseed oil/fish oil for joints etc. I wouldn't focus too much on supplements mainly…

HRM + strength training under the cardio section = strength training calories.

^^ 100% agree with this, maybe try 100 squats a day instead? instead of crunches try planks of 30 seconds x whatever you like...

i pretty much eat all mine but i am on a bulk after all!

I use.... 2 banana's 2 Kiwi's 2 pears 1 cup blueberries 1 Tablespoon honey 15ml aloe vera juice ( optional, changes the flavour instantly so upto you if you can't handle it ) 1 - 2 cups spinach pinch of cinnamon 1-2 cups ICE 1-2 cups cold water Lasts me 2 days, really refreshing and great for detoxifying your body & muscle…

Nice job bro, just goes to show all you need to do is to believe.

Mines ravi_bazinga :)

^^ I agree with this too, i intentionally lift just the bar to warm up/practice form/recover etc. Luckily it doesn't bother me if the person next to me is stronger because gym time is ME time, headphones + gym = my world. :) Congrats on the success though you should be truly proud of yourself for the dedication which is…

my protein is set to 96g by MFP i normally hit 150g, i wouldn't worry too much! just keep your diet clean.
-
Yep, all the time, don't even think about it.
-
MyProtein impact whey protein unflavoured works for me, i'm not to bothered about taste!
-
I've been a vegetarian since birth so i don't know another way! I'm still standing strong & healthy :). Its all down to personal choice, meat is good for you as long as you take it with moderation, that's with all things! expect peanut butter...mmmm peanut butter !
-
Big butt, all day, every day! I need something to grab not cup. but with a big butt she needs to have nice legs too and waist!
-
Id love to do carb cycling but its EXTREMELY hard with a vegetarian diet. Anabolic diet seems appealing to me if only it wasn't all meat.
-
I'd say if you want to fill in calories... Almonds & coconut oil! Good fats remember.

Before i went on my 35 day holiday i managed 198lbs (90kg) 3x5 on squats & deadlifts. Now its gone right down :(, i didn't train for them 35 days though so its expected and will take time to get back into my training and back to the weight i was lifting, feel so small & weak at the moment but must push through this stage…
-
for me personally after a heavy strength training session i give myself a days rest, however it seems your not too sure on your protein intakes... also are you getting enough sleep?
-
I saw this on TV when i was in America, no idea if what it claims is true!
-
interesting views, quite surprised hardly anyone has said abs.
-
I take green tea extract vcaps which is like 2-3 cups of green tea a day. Always take with food though.

Cherry coke zero ?

I've managed to lose fat , also gain strength and size by being in a calorie surplus.it is possible to do it just need to focus on what you eating Also I only do strength training no cardio but I know how my body works etc. You will end up experimenting a lot till you find the right amount of carbs, fat, protein etc
-
It is possible to gain weight and also lose body fat with TDEE. Just need to play around with carb and fat intakes!
-
Its hard to build lean muscle mass. Maybe try the anabolic diet?
