I love the idea of looking at this like a budget and saying things like "I can't afford that tonight". I can always make sure I have enough for it tomorrow if I really want it! I think this way of thinking will help me a lot! :D I'm a visual person, would it be silly if I used fake money as my calories? lol

Not me. I don't drink much and haven't in over a year. Pregnant and now breastfeeding. I'm really craving what my mother would call my "foo foo" drink. :D A margarita sounds yummy too. :/

Level 1, day 1 complete!! :D I have a headache now as anything on the floor usually gives me one...especially situps/crunches. But I will power through....with lots of ibuprofen! :D I was able to do the push ups though which totally surprised me (on the knees, not the full one)

one of my favorites.....Oatmeal Banana Almond Shake. Normally drinking a meal does NOT fill me up, but this one DEFINITELY does!!! Search it on Pinterest for the recipe.....I use honey to add a little bit of sweetness if the banana isn't ripe enough.....
