Ditto. This is incredibly frustrating >.>

Yes, it is.

I always use this site to calculate my subs: http://www.eddieoneverything.com/nutrition_info/calculators/Subway_calorie-calculator

I was like that in the beginning, drove my friend nuts, lol. Now I've kind of gotten into the swing of things and it isn't as tough to push it aside when needed.

From the low carb diets I've looked into, any carbs count. I know Keto cuts out a lot of high carb fruits/veggies.
-
I don't consider natural sugars (like those in your strawberries) in my total for the day, but I really don't worry with sugar much at all unless I'm significantly over.

I'm a 44DD and I have a Danskin sports bra from walmart. Of course they still move a little more than I'd like, but it doesn't hurt anymore. I think the bra was like $11?

I know most people aren't like me, and if they have something they crave in the house they'll binge on it, but here's what works for me. I know what my weaknesses are and I plan for them. I always have chocolate in the apartment, I plan for something greasy/fatty/fried for a cheat day. Knowing that I have it all planned…

I'm a fourth year student and live off campus, but I got a $500 meal plan before the semester started. So now I have 250 to use on school food or lose the money. It's a pain to have to eat on campus, but when you know you're going to have to (or just to be safe) look up the nutrition values and plan out what you'd eat at…

Fast food >.> I love Arby's and Burger King and Taco Bell... Maybe it's my southern raising that has me loving greasy fried things.

I live in the Appalachians (I go to school here) and it's beautiful year round. I'm just a few minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway here. Good luck!

I want to feel good enough about myself to be active again. I was in a pool the family ran from sun up to sun down every day in the summer until it closed when I was in about 3rd grade, this is the only period in my life I remember being thin. From there I gained and was on the county swim team for two years, played soft…

I know this isn't directed at me (obviously) but I feel the same as the above posters. I've personally been overweight way too much of my life (12 years out of 22, wtf?) and I have no intentions of going back there once I get this all off. This keeps me accountable.

Bumping to keep ^.^

The first number on my scale is almost always three pounds high (it's even in the reviews for the product), so I always step on it two or three times after to get the consistent number. Even letting it turn off before stepping on it gives me the second number again, so that's the one I go with.

Sunchips. About 15 chips is like 130cal. I always count mine out and put them on a plate/napkin before eating them and it looks like a mountain. Also: Nuts.

Heheh...upvote for you. And on topic...yeah...judgment bad...meat good...everything's genetically modified.

I've recently fallen in love with Planters nut-rition. I have the wholesome nut mix which is cashews, almonds, and macadamias. They're 200cal/bag and 40mg sodium, which is great because I tend to be under on calories and high on sodium. It isn't a lot of food, either, and it's all preportioned so it's great to add on at…

Happened to me earlier today: That moment when you do a workout instead of giving into a food craving. Maybe just to spite the craving ;)

I'm quite a bit heavier than most of the people I see posting about doing the 30DS and I made the decision not to use weights this time even though they're recommended. I plan on going through it again once finished using some small weights (like 3lb). Even not using the weights I can tell that it's working my arms quite a…

I wouldn't worry too much about which one is "accurate" as long as you're being consistent on which one you use. Maybe you should restart your ticker and measurements when you transition over to the new one?

I've never been below 200 (well, since probably middle school >.<) so I have no idea what my ideal is. Right now my goal is 160. I may reevaluate once I get there, I always wanted abs, lol.

I'm definitely not a veggie person. I can list the veggies I like, and it's not many. (squash, peppers, onion, cucumbers....) I'm just having to learn different ways of cooking the few I do enjoy so that I can have them often. Many I have grown out of or I got so used to eating them covered in ham grease (yay for being…

I never thought I would get an exercise DVD. I am going to be doing day three of level 1 of the 30DS in a couple hours once I have the apartment to myself. It's so weird >.<

I'm on day two! I got through much more of it today than I did yesterday and I feel much better after today's run of it. Here's hoping tomorrow's even better. Perhaps I'll get through the whole thing without sitting out on anything. Good luck to you all.
-
Right there is your answer. They're the prime cuts, so they're going to be more expensive.
-
Yeah, just have fun! One day off won't kill your work. You can get right back on track tomorrow.

Thank you! I hate when people go into the whole "a pound is a pound" because yes, we are aware of this. However, a square inch of fat will weigh much less than a square inch of muscle. THAT is what the "muscle weighs more than fat" statement means, not that a pound of muscle is heavier than a pound of fat >.>

I do this. But then, I'm also kind of treating this like a game(You know, need to hit the next achievement/goal). My first week, though, I waited and it just about killed me trying to wait a whole week and broke three days early. So maybe I'm just unable to wait, lol.

On one hand, people can give you help and tips. On the other...people can give you help and tips >.> Mine is private because I'm still trying to get some things under control, namely sodium, and I don't want people looking and griping at me for processed foods and that kind of thing. With $300 left on a school meal plan…
