i was vegetarian for 10 years and something just changed and i started eating meat again, I would say my hair and skin has improved...theres a lot more healthy versions of fish ect than most veg dishes when eating out. I'm an asthmatic runner and I find every time I run/jog ect is different, improving is a lot about listening to how I feel on the day... Once you've done it for a while the routine kicks in - I try to log in advance which usually prevents me from eating some stuff. the barcode scanner on the iphone is priceless and the whole process is completely worth doing especially when the graphs start going in the right direction
