I have not done the shakeology thing (dont want to spend the $$$ lol), but I watch what I eat, and only drink water, except on the weekend where I have things like OJ, choc milk and the occasional Coke Zero.

Getting married 4-13-2013. Would love to lose 15 or 20 lbs by then!! I have decided that it is time to REALLY get serious about this :)

I'm getting married April 13th next year so that is why I am finally starting to take this seriously. They say they can take my dress in up to 2 sizes so I plan on taking advantage of that :)
