I had to have a root canal last July as well on a tooth that literally snapped off.....It was completely painless, so I am not concerned about having it done again tomorrow...Once the root is removed…

  • No offence to what anyone else may be saying on here, but my doc says the same thing, as did my doc in the UK, and also my sister who is a very well recognised PT in Stirling, Scotland. I have questioned on here the high numbers of cals that people are eating, and the whole notion of adding back the cals you burn during…

  • Love Avocado and have started slicing it and putting into salads, so I can compensate for their high cals - but the fats are so good for you, I think they should be compulsory :-)

  • I met my husband on the infamous match.com He is American and I am English, although when we met he had been living and working in the UK for 15 years. I remember reading his first email and thinking my god this guy is some kind of genius type because of the language and words he used - I got out a dictionary and thesaurus…

  • Mine was last July taken on the beach in Malibu. Hubby and I had been apart for 3 months and I got to come out to LA for 2 weeks to spend some much needed time together. • Sounds pretty cool and something that wold be really beneficial to me. Having just moved to the US from the UK i am unable to work until my green card comes thru (probably by April), so I have way to much time on my hands and would love to be a part of something like this. Lou :-)
  • Worst negative comments about my weight have to come from one of my nieces....She is the eldest daughter of my youngest sister...i should tell you that my sister is a personal trainer and prior to doing that she taught, ballet, jazz, modern and tap for many years having started dancing at the age of 9......You can imagine…

  • BBQ'd banana.. Peel Banana's place in foil with a little butter and natural honey, wrap to make a parcel and throw on the BBQ - delicious. People keep telling me to avoid butter, but it is so much healthier than artificial butters or margarine, so a little is ok, as is real honey

  • I would order your entree, but ask if you can have it appetiser size instead...I have found over the years that most places will do that for you..The problem with kids menu's is that the food tends to be less healthy and is aimed more at parents being able to make sure that kids eat rather than pull a face Lou :-)
  • My goal is to lose about 40 pounds - I am hoping that as the weight finally comes off my desire to exercise will increase although I don't ever think that I will become a fitness junkie ever again.
