Hi..I'm new here. I'm 50 years old. I quit smoking in October 2011 and have gained 20 lbs. I have a bad neck, shoulder and back from an accident I was in so I have trouble working out a lot. I bought WII Zumba last week. I look like an idiot but I try to keep up with it. Any other suggestions on exercises I can do that won't cause pain?

My husband has lower back issues - we walk a lot and are starting Tai Chi at the end of the month.
Are you able to do Yoga or Pilates perhaps?0 -
There is a thread on here for women over 50, who would probably be happy to give you advice if you ask your question there. Come on by and check us out!
