I found it in my local store for $3.99 so I guess it depends where you go. Whole Foods has it for like $5.25 a pint which is about the same price as the other ice creams on the shelf just without the unpronounceable ingredients. Though this stuff isn't ice cream, the main ingredient is whey protein concentrate and fiber.…

I think most people compare it to ice cream since it's frozen and comes in a pint like regular ice cream. You know that the Carbawhey softserve is made by the same company that makes Arctic Zero right? I used to get it when I lived out in LA. But I'm a big fan of their pints because it's all natural and has more protein in it.

Sounds like a bit much to take on. Nothing worse than starting strong for the first couple of days than burning out. Slow and steady always wins and more importantly finishes the race.
