67 lbs lost result pictures

I have balked long enough about posting these pictures, I was around 235 lbs in the before picture, The picture was taken on one of my wildlife cameras in the woods, when I was browsing pictures looking for deer, I saw the guy and was really angry that somebody was trespassing on my land, then I realized a split second later that it was me. I had NO idea how much I had gained. I mean I knew that my size 38 jeans were tight and I could no longer button some of my size Large shirts, but I did know until this picture. I started running and lost 10 lbs, and then things sat stagnant for another 6 months, then in June of 2011 I decided I was ready to get going again. My wife showed me this site, and I started logging my food and running. I ran a pile of miles and ate to lose as fast as I could. it worked, I lost some where around 70 lbs.
I got down to 165 at my lowest weight in late october-November, I was in medium shirts with room to spare and needed a belt for size 32 jean, but I still had around 20% body fat. The best I can figure, it was because I was only eating 1200-1300 calories a day and burning 3-5,000 a week running. I started lifting weights in October and laid off from running in December.
I am currently mid way through a short bulking session and lifting heavy weights to change my body composition, this is why my bar scale no longer shows all my loss. But I am at peace with the numbers.
Thank you to everybody for your support.

I have learned so much in regaurds to nutrition and fitness in the last 6 months. It is an understatment to say that my habits "might have been the cause"
I also know that until I saw it on myself I never would have believed the harm low calories and high cardio can do to your body composition.
Thanks again everybody.0
