I know someone that makes it homemade. Sans all the horrible ingredients. http://make-meals.blogspot.com/2012/10/roasted-hazelnut-chocolate-spread.html

Almost 5'2"!

I'd look into a sleep study. Do you snore? Get yourself checked for sleep apnea. I was just talking to someone whose husband started falling asleep randomly during the day despite the fact that he seemed to have slept through the night. Turns out he really wasn't sleeping at any normal level, and had to get treatment. He…

I'm 5'1" to 5'2" and am currently at 144. Started at 178, looking to get to 135. Feel free to add me.

I've been taking silica forever. Had a chance to check out my thyroid - no issues. The amount of stress I have in my life is not overbearing, but it is definitely present and there isn't anything I can do to weed it out. it's just normal day-to-day stressful things. Worry over job, kids, etc. However, the issue persists :(…

I was a "clean your plate" mom for years (10 years, and 10 years too many) until, in a shining bolt of lightning, I saw how unhappy it made my son. To equate food and mealtimes to torture, how could I have done that to him? I hated myself for it. We are much cooler about meals now. I make sure he has his fruits, veggies…

It's a super big number! You're an inspiration. I've been at this for 2 years with only 35 lbs to show for it. You rock and you look beautiful!

The silliest one I've ever seen was on a chocolate easter bunny. It said: serving size - 1/4 of the bunny. Servings - 6. My brain needed a reboot after that.

A former co-worker asked me once - this was at a point when I'd lost about 20 pounds and continuously held my hand to my stomach because I couldn't believe it was finally flattening out - "Oh, are we having a baby?" I'm not snarky or confrontational so I just stood there, dumbstruck and not understanding how she couldn't…

Bought a salad cutter thingie that juliennes too. Used it once. It was really flimsy. Bought a hole-in-the-wall puncher for hubby. It didn't work at all, something was jammed inside. I think I may have actually learned my lesson LOL.

The second one was scary. I never eat at the aforementioned establishments, but I'm sure they aren't the only ones providing inaccurate calorie info to the unsuspecting public.

I'm right there with you. 5'2" and roughly 150 lbs, would love to lose another 25-30 and it's been tough. Feel free to friend me if you like.

I'm a 34D formerly 36DD, bought myself a couple of Glamorize sports bras and never had a problem again. http://www.freshpair.com/Glamorise-No-Bounce-Cami-Sports-Bra-G-1066.html?CID=OTC-2990&CAWELAID=466213289&cagpspn=pla

It takes all you've got to take a step like this. I haven't been able to muster it myself just yet, so please consider it a giant victory on your part. I am very sorry for your loss.

178 to 148 lbs this year

I make a salad called Mimosa: it's got layers and it looks pretty in a clear glass bowl. 1. layer of canned salmon, drained and without the little bones that you sometimes find inside the can 2. very thin layer of low-fat mayo 3. layer of grated white onion 4. very thin layer of low-fat mayo 5. layer of grated boiled…

Very nice article! Congratulations on getting it published :)

Done! 2-lb weight in each hand, did it with my HRM. Burned 20 calories in 4 minutes. Not much but still lots of fun!

I am 5'2 and weigh 153 lbs and had to return the XL zumba cargo pants because they were too big. My hip circumference was 40 inches at the time. Edited to say: the women in my class like to show off, I guess - lots of them wear zumba clothes! Also my instructor occasionally gives out prizes, so I've got one of those…

Same here. Bought on Amazon.

Walked into a store near my home and decided, among other things, to buy some chicken pate. The man behind the counter filled the half-pound plastic jar for me, handed it over and then proceeded to lick the spoon before putting it back into the large pate container. I rarely get confrontational or snap at people. Just…

I hope the women apologized to you. You look awesome. Congratulations on the fantastic year you've had.

This may just kill me but I'm in :)

I had a Health teacher in high school who (and I remember this so, so vividly) used to tell us about conserving water and how she would only flush her toilet at the end of the day regardless of the number of times she had to use the bathroom. I also remember her mentioning she has taught this to her sons and husband as…

1 lb pork chops two apples (preferably sour) one onion mustard pepper salt cooking oil Chop the onions and saute them in a large frying pan. Cut up the apples and add them to the onions, lower the heat and saute for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the pork chops into 1-inch thick pieces and pummel them a bit with a mallet. Add…

I'm 5'2, started with my heaviest at 175, now at 155 after 6 months on this board. I am losing very slowly, but want to get to 130 for now, just to see how that feels. A mother of two, but really can't blame the kids for the weight I've gained over the years. Rather, I got it the old-fashioned way - by eating. Please feel…

It takes a while sometimes. My metabolism is unbelievably slow and frustrating - I'd only lost 18 lbs in the last 6 months, while people around me shed pounds like snakes shed their skin. It takes patience, and support, and, most importantly, faith in yourself. If you want it, you will have it, even if the results won't…

So sorry to hear this! My Zumba teacher had her purse stolen during class once, money and all inside, keys included. I can't imagine how she feels coming back to teach knowing one of the people in her class has done it.

What an awesome progress. You're so pretty. :)
