Currently on a Insanity run. I may do it twice, but I want to finally get through Asylum Vol 1 & 2 or end up doing an Insanity / Asylum Vol 1 / 2 Hybrid. Avoiding MAX 30, for now.

To my knowledge, people do all sorts of things from Stronglifts 5x5 to the plethora of Home fitness DVDs (or Streaming-on-demand services) that have their own innate fitness programs and diet plans, and just use MFP to track calories and macros.

Best thing about Beachbody. Turn on the DVD or now login for BboD and follow along until it ends. Follow the meal plans, diet suggestions when not doing the workouts. Log meals and exercise in MFP. Success will follow.

I have a bunch of the DVD era Beachbody. Dont see the point in the new stuff, just yet. None of the new stuff excites me. There is Classic Power 90, Power Half-Hour, and New P90 as well as Power 90 Master Series, that is beginner and intermediate level and ranks below Power 90 Extreme (P90X).
