So, what I’ve been doing is modifying routines and adding my brute bags...today I added the vest. It’s only JUST over 10#! Game changer still!!!
Monday starts my rehab/rebuild on that left arm. Doc thinks I’ll be good to go all out again by mid September!!! WOOT!!!1 -
I think i found a home. I love insanity. 2 to 3 x a week...would love to try some others like transform and country heat1

MM 100, Day 10: Re-Vibe = done. And I really needed this today.
This workout was a relaxing yoga flow that transitions into deep, static stretches. It helps to ease tension and boost blood flow while increasing your range of motion.

Hi guys just getting my head around the app. Any recommendations as to what workout I can start out with and maybe one that is free. Mummy bear hear so time and pennies are limited but desperate to feel comfortable in my body for my sanity. Much appreciated0

Currently doing a Core De Force/21 day fix hybrid sandwiched between 2 rounds of A Week of Hard Labour (LOVED it on week one, can't wait to do it again week 5!)
BoD is the Best thing to ever happen❤
I really miss Les Mills combat though. I used to do a P90X/Combat hybrid series that was just Perfect. I envy the people that have access to the Les Mills stream.1 -
