    Rest day. A bunch of rounds of lugging Xmas stuff up the ladder superset with 310lb deadlifts...because lugging Xmas stup up a ladder does in fact, suck.

    Hi everyone. I started #mbf on Beachbody on January 1st and have been looking for a support group since the Beachbody one isn't great.

    I completed Day 13 #mbf, Power Ignite this morning.

    I’ve been having trouble with the app again.
    It’s keeping my “streak”...but trying to go to the community...it kept saying to log in. I’m already logged in. The Hell? Anyways, I got it to work today.
    Monday...Chest &Tris.
    Tuesday...LEGS.
    Wednesday...Back & Bis.
    Thursday...shoulders, Traps & Tris.
    Friday and Saturday...video game all nighters.

    Hi everyone. I am going to try to post weekly on Saturday or Sunday!!

    T-25 Beta cycle week one done!!
    Monday - Core Cardio
    Tuesday - Speed 2.0
    Wednesday - Rip't Circuit
    Thursday - Dynamic core
    Friday - Upper focus and core cardio
    Sunday - Stretch

    I'm back in school and without actual weights, so I am using bands instead and it is taking some getting used to.

    Excited to continue with week 2 tomorrow!!

    I didn’t feel like dealing with the whole “terror mask” shenanigans today, so I just did some chest and tris at home in the garage gym.

    I don't know if you guys know but shaun t has been making hybrid callenders, with all this workouts since the pandemic started on his Facebook page. If you are like me and have done his workouts over and over again for years and want help figuring out how to mix them up for ultimate body transformations .. go to his facebook page and check out his Callander programs...it has really helped me to keep my weight down and continue my fitness journey.

    Besides that is there any other trainers on beach body you guys would recommend for an active person who needs hard workouts lol

    I am on week 4 of p90x Lean. I am substituting Kenpo and Cardio X with dance routines I found on youtube. They're just more fun! Hoping to keep it up and finish this calendar. Add me if you want motivational friends!
