"Body Beast Bulk: Back"=Done!
Same technical problems as yesterday.
Weights and pull up bar live in the back room. I had to lug all the weights AND THE BENCH into the living room...again. For the pull over/pull ups supersets, I had to run to the back room.
This “all digital future” can bite my shiny green Irish @$$!

Do they have beginner's work outs? I'm 3 months post surgery. Thought everything was great then I lifted a few heavy bags of groceries and started hurting a little.0
