    Wanted some extra cardio last night so I stepped outside of my comfort zone and did Cize Crazy 8s. It was fun, but I don’t see this being a program I will go through.
    As you know I only have been doing 80 day obsession. The diet has been followed for the most part but I was thinking about taking this lead about doing an additional workout in the evening. I like Autumn so I want to do hers in the AM and something more cardio based in the evening as hers is mostly weights. I'm just not sure which yet.
    I've done insanity, p90x and not much else. I watched barre blend before deciding on 80 day and found it wasn;t for me because of the little or lack of weights. As a secondary, do you find it too overwhelming on certain days?

    The short answer is yes. I made sure my calendar only has scheduled what I know I can handle. I’ll post a picture of my current calendar.

    If you haven’t done the sample workout, I would recommend trying Barre Blend. Even though it’s using 1-3 lb weights, it's hard!

    2nd week complete for P90X3, other than Dynamix tomorrow, post 12 mile run. I had some fun on the rings today, found a pull up bar by the sea and so did the ring work looking out across the water

    Gotta back burner MAX:30. I’m selling my house and there were lots of showings yesterday with more today. Already got an offer. I’ll squeeze in some routines where I can, but it’s looking like weights at the gym in the mornings followed by packing and or Pokémon hunting with the pup so they can show my house.
