    LIIFT4 W4D4 - Legs

    Did this one really late (the morning after the due date to be precise). This was the first time I missed doing a workout on it's a scheduled date since I started back in April. Usually I'm one to push through instead of postponing it but yesterday I was exhausted, both physically and mentally. I did not even seriously consider doing it last night, I went straight to bed.

    I'm surprised to say this, but I'm supremely glad I did that. I woke up really early and with a weird restless energy. I was not looking forward to today's leg day because it was HIIT only and I much prefer the lifting days but it was just what I needed today. I'm feeling pretty good now and it was a great start to my weekend. My mood is much improved from yesterday.

    2nd week complete for P90X3, other than Dynamix tomorrow, post 12 mile run. I had some fun on the rings today, found a pull up bar by the sea and so did the ring work looking out across the water

    Gotta back burner MAX:30. I’m selling my house and there were lots of showings yesterday with more today. Already got an offer. I’ll squeeze in some routines where I can, but it’s looking like weights at the gym in the mornings followed by packing and or Pokémon hunting with the pup so they can show my house.
