    Uh-oh! I forgot to post yesterday...like, at all. 😳
    Yesterday was shoulders at the gym and T25 Pyramid at home.
    Today was Chest & Tris at the gym...I’ll hit T25 Rip’t circuit later.

    Difference in measurements between Day 1 and 90 of P90:
    I lost 8cm from my chest, 8.5cm from the waist and 7cm from my hips.
    I also lost 7.3kg and my BMI went from 21.4 to 19.
    Moving forward I want to gain some muscle. Will be starting LIIFT4 tomorrow.

    LIIFT4 W1D1 - Chest & Triceps
    I liked the lifting part! I don't dare to go as heavy as I should though, my left wrist is recovering from a small fracture that did not heal properly (I thought it was a sprain, took months to have it checked out) and I feel a bit of pain there in some moves, also my left shoulder pops loudly during each chest press, it doesn't hurt at all but I'm not sure what that's all about. But it was fun, I enjoyed it!

    I loved this one! No HIIT, only lifting, and nothing in it aggravated my wrist so I didn't feel like I needed to hold back this time.

    Wanted some extra cardio last night so I stepped outside of my comfort zone and did Cize Crazy 8s. It was fun, but I don’t see this being a program I will go through.

    This morning was Liift4 shoulders and arms (last weight day 😢) followed by Barre Blend Booty Blend.
