Thank you for this timely article. I just changed my workout and did not see the weight loss I had anticipated and this was a reminder as to the why. It was a great boost on a Friday morning!

I forgot to add that it was only .4 pounds this week, but I snuck in a quick measurement this morning and the waist is down an inch and each thigh is down almost an inch this month:happy: :happy:

My normal breakfast 6 oz Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt 80 calories 1 cup blueberries 80 calories 1 cup Fiber one cereal 120 calories This keeps me feeling full all morning! And only 280 calories!

Lack of sleep always does me in. It makes it hard to not snack during the day trying to find the energy to make it through the day. I can still get in my workouts, but I really have to just get on the bike or treadmill and go for a few minutes and then I somehow find the energy to push through and get a great workout! But…

This was the point in the book she started losing me! You cannot preach one thing in your book and another on your tv show just to please your sponsor. I really don't like it when people are not true to what they believe. So which one does she believe her book or what she peddles on tv?:noway:

Keep going you can do it. Look at the contestants at Biggest Loser they don't gradually work up to 2-4 hours of exercise they jump right in and DO IT!:smile:

Keep going! Our body burns away the fat from where it wants to. It will come off that area when it wants to. You can do exercises to tone those muscles so when the fat is gone you will have some muscle tone in that area.

Keep exercising. While targeting a specific area will not help you lose the fat in the area any faster, it can help strengthen and define the muscles in that area as you lose weight. Any exercise that works the core muscles should help with that

There is a book by the BIGGEST LOSER doctor and he is a big advocate of 2x or more a day exercise.
