I agree with the boss. My hrm jumps to some wierdly high numbers and then goes back down right away. It is worse when I am just starting out and the watch and chest strap are setting up communication!

Turkey burgers work, but they are not as good as regular hamburger. Cook them and then top with your favorite fixings. When I crave a burger I have gone back to burgers made with lean beef. I had a vaginal hysterectomy a few years ago and I was walking around the block on my second or third day out of the hospital. I was walking slow but it felt good to be moving. (Did I mention our block is .75 miles?) Hope your surgery goes well. For me it was has helped a lot. (I am not bleeding to death!)

Second weigh in of the month. If I am going to make my 5 pound goal I need to lose over 2 pounds a week for the next 2 weeks. I need to ramp it up!
