Oh people add me! I have 100 pounds to lose and I am 30 days in with 10 pounds gone. Once the weight is off I am planning to stick with MFP for all my fitness goals of which I have a tonne. I keep my diary open and make an effort to keep track of my friends on MFP and how they are doing.

This is why I use scales. I managed to become obese precisely because I wildy underestimate serving sizes and calorie amounts..its like a really shi-tty superpower. So I use scales and log. Surprise 7 pounds lost in 20 days.

Shred it, spray oil, sprinkle with salt, put in a low oven until you a kale leaf crisps. Edited to add the worst food - Yeah Miracle noodles. Like I imagine it would be eating slimy tapeworm but with less taste.

^^^this is good - Have a list of alternate choices, things you can do instead of eat that make you feel good. Think about what that would be and write them down so it is easier to bring to mind when you are reaching for the fridge.

If it is clinical depression or PTSD related, then go see your doc.
