Hi - My suggestions would be to track your sugar. Plus breaking your meals down so you are having something healthy to eat for morning and afternoon tea. We have just done a biggest loser competition at work and the trainer at the gym advised the importance of eating often but smaller meals. Good luck.

What about trying some boiled water - I know that is what I give my children sometimes if they have an upset stomach. It can't do any harm. Good luck.:smile:

Thanks everyone for your advice. Still managed to lose .7 kilo by extra exercise and getting back on track the next day. Good to know you can still "live a little" when you choose to and all is ok as long as you keep it as a treat and not the way you eat everyday.:smile: :smile:
