  • I remember that feeling! I went through that similar experience when i was going to school and working! The last thing I ever wanted to do was workout...I even took a zumba class and stopped going. It's definitely challenging but at least you're still eating healthy! But I think sleep helps the most when you're really busy…

  • I stay up way too late too! I'm finding that sometimes I'm exhausted in the morning and can't wake up. I started Zumba though and that put me right to sleep! I want to set a schedule to get used to sleeping at least an hour ealier and wake up 15 minutes earlier than my usual time. A friend at work inspired me to do that…

  • It definitely is challenging but it's possible! What helped me tremendously was the fact that I just decided to start walking at the park for 45 minutes. I started adding more color to my food ( veggies, fruits, etc.) and walking five days a week. I lost 9 pounds right away and I was surpised! The walking really did help…
