I read somewhere that if you crave sweets and salt constantly that you probably need more protein. Sometimes I do. I don’t have a sweet tooth but lately I’ve been craving sweets. Thank you for your suggestions!

How's everyone doing?? I haven't been logging my food too much except for exercise. I've lost 28 pounds so far making a lot of changes....changes that have really worked for me. I feel as though you have to try different techniques until something works for you AND keeps you motivated. Como estan? Nathalie

That's normal! I was always out of breath and could not last very long. Now I feel as though it has gotten much easier. I can take a zumab or kickboxing class and last the full hour. Before, I would have to pause over and over. Keep going! You will get better at it! (=

That's so funny because I was just telling my friends that this has been happening to me. I'm not always regular and now all of a sudden I am. I keep getting it early. My friend says that it's probably because I changed the way I eat completely and i don't have all those bad toxins in my body.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! It is so good to hear from you girls! i got a physical recently and my doctor says I'm doing well and that if my progress is slow, I need to add more to my workout routine. I finished bootcamp and just signed up for some zumba classes so we'll see how that goes!

Yes, stress gets the best of us! I have been stuck on the same weight and gained a pound...it's frustrating but I need to find a new workout routine. I like bootcamp but I don't love it like i love zumba!
