I have a heart arrhythmia myself. Just being aware of those things, communicating with your doctor and knowing when it's no longer the same old dizziness or palpitations is the key.

I've been doing this with candy. I've not had any candy for 12 days now. It took almost a whole week for the cravings to go away. I even have a pile of candy sitting under my computer monitor at work to taunt me. It doesn't bother me anymore at all! Good luck!

Remember symptoms can also be as subtle as fatigue dizziness and palpitations. Don't overlook anything out of the ordinary. Report it to your doctor!

I'm in the same boat....5'9" and 157 to start, now 153, aiming for 145ish. I found it hard at first to cut calories, but then I started finding good substitutes.
