Great advise, however I believe these steps are to identify if someone may be having a stroke. Still very important information to have.

I have a heart arrhythmia myself. Just being aware of those things, communicating with your doctor and knowing when it's no longer the same old dizziness or palpitations is the key.

I've been doing this with candy. I've not had any candy for 12 days now. It took almost a whole week for the cravings to go away. I even have a pile of candy sitting under my computer monitor at work to taunt me. It doesn't bother me anymore at all! Good luck!

Remember symptoms can also be as subtle as fatigue dizziness and palpitations. Don't overlook anything out of the ordinary. Report it to your doctor!

I'm in the same boat....5'9" and 157 to start, now 153, aiming for 145ish. I found it hard at first to cut calories, but then I started finding good substitutes. Fish is very low cal compared to chicken. Sugar free jello for sweet tooth cravings, 5 calories a serving. Celery/carrots and dip made with fat free sour cream…

For the boot camp, I just do general aerobics.

During workouts, my heart rate can easily get up to 160 and I feel fine, could push a little harder. So, if you feel like you're really working it in Zumba it could be. You can always do a check and get your pulse....#of beats in 6 seconds and add a zero. That will at least quickly tell you if it's reading in the correct…
