I do it as I go along during that day. If I work in the afternoon I start calulating what cal I have left when I plan my evenings so I can have my wine and a snack plus dinner. If I'm away from home I just write down what I ate for a meal and add it when I get home. Keep track of your excerise too. I have added leasure…

Add fruit for sweetness and it is good carb and has some protein but I have added greek yougurt or cottage cheese to up the protein. It feels me up more then other cereal products, I am going to try grits and cream of wheat and see how that goes. Find your nitch!

The easiest way I found on getting my water in is having liter bottles and just refill them from my tap and have the ready. Excerise will make you thristy also so it is easy to get water then.

Hi I have been on MVP for 3 weeks and the pounds are not coming off like the first two weeks but with the support and seeing my entries with excerise and food I see where I did things different. Hang in there and you will have good days and bad but we are all here for the same reason. You can do it!

So hear you! But I'm not allowing myself until I reach a certain weight that will let me enjoy that great yummy food and not put me back to the start. It is hard but once you get there you can have your yummy day! Stay strong and rant when you want! We have all been there.

I started out like you with the walk and the run. I live in town so I would start at one block and set a goal ahead that I would run to. And now I'm all running or jogging. Just keep going, it took months to get were I am now!

I feel fuller longer when I eat more protein then just carbs for meals and to keep muscle I heard you want protein. Going over is better then starving and then eating something you shouldn't.

Try drinking sparkling water that is flavored and no cal. Or had lemons to it. I like lemon in Hot water kinda like a lemon tea, Plus instead of glasses I use a water bottle to keep track of how much I'm drinking. Good luck with your goal!
