I removed all friends because I was told I was getting in their heads and causing them to think that they are not working out enough. Sorry I work out twice a day and burn over 1600 to 2000 cals a day 6 dayd a week, went from 372.2 and lost 160 pounds in 11 months and still more to go. I am not the one making you feel bad,…

Twice a day for the most part. This works for my fear of gaining. I am not saying for everyone to to do it, it just works for me :)

August 17, 2012 will mark one year for me I'm down 161 pounds as of today and going strong. I still have a little over 60 pounds to go. I had the Complete gastric bypass RNY

My goal is 130. Had the RNY on August 17, 2011 I was weighing 372 pounds. So far I have lost 161 pounds and I am still losing my goal weight was set by my doctor the smallest I ever been as 148 pounds.

Never, had it Aug 2011, and I love my RNY. My only regret was wajting so long to have it.
