I use them as a break from JM workouts, which I've gotten a little sick of after 8 or so months. I love the variety of all the FB workouts! There's always something new to try.

It is really interesting to see all the variety! I'm 30 yo, 32-29-39 and 141 lb at the moment. I wear a size 4/6/8 depending on the brand. I eat about 1450 calories/day and don't eat back calories (but cheat on weekends a bit). I workout doing mostly Jillian Michaels and Fitnessblender workouts about 5x/week for 20-90…

Not for me! I have tiny wrists but all my other bones (shoulders, hips, etc.) are large :)

I eat lots of fruit and veggies, but that may constitute a "drastic change" from holiday food and drink before. I think I will try the more water thing--I might not be getting enough there. I probably drink 4 or so large glasses a day.

I have a large frame and tiny wrists, so who knows? I have always been a bit curvy. My UGW is 135, but 140 would be good enough. It's hard to say numbers-wise for me, though. When I was at 135 and happy with my weight, I was not very muscular (not even close to any ab definition). But I would like to be toned and strong…
