    Weightlifting for 90 minutes after work.

    Definitely a tough but good one! Wish I could do the scissor kicks.
  • Avoid gyms at all costs. Saturday hike. Mowed half acre sunday, weedpulling squats for an hour. Jazzercise yesterday. BORING. Zuma tonight - can't wait!

    185 lb weighted barbell hip thrusts, 65 lb OHP and 245 lb deadlift. Will be walking at the track after work, also.

    Every minute on the minute, 6 shuttle runs (singles lines on a tennis court), 15 pushups, 15 kettlebell swings, 15 burpees, 4 rounds (16 minutes total).

    Arm day...leg day tomorrow
  • My routine look like this:
    Monday = back 5 sets 4 reps each
    Tuesday = legs 5 sets 4 reps each
    Wednesday = full body 1 set, 4 reps per body parts
    Thursday= chest and triceps 4 sets, 4 reps each
    Friday = shoulder and biceps 4 sets, 4 reps each
    Saturday = squats 1 set 4 reps, 30 minutes cardiovascular either fast walk or bike.
    Sunday = OFF :)
