I prefer to eat when I'm hungry. Some mornings food just doesn't sound good right away so I wait. Others I wake up starving. LOL I got the way I am now by eating when I wasn't hungry, thats what I'm trying to change. Do what works best for you.

Like it plain or with fruit, Pears are my favorite. Also use it to cook with. You should give it a try, its delicious.

I really like this added to things, like meal replacement shakes or recipes. By itself it isn't the same as real peanut butter. But I will keep using it. O I also like it in my oatmeal.

You actually can drink too much water. I know this because my doctor put my on a water restriction for a few days. Apparently I was just washing (for lack of a better word) all the sodium out of my body. However, 12 glasses doesn't seem extreme at all unless of course your glasses are huge. LOL

I also eat a small breakfast and a small to medium lunch. i eat most of my calories in the evening. I honestyly don't believe that when you eat matters. I eat oatmeal alot for breakfast. But I have to admit after reading all the suggestions on this post and one last night (about crock pot oatmeal) there are alot of options to try. My favorite right now is cooked with water, then add alittle bit of milk and some PB2.

I would also start with the diet part. Log what you eat and then slowly start making changes. There is alot of wonderful help on here.
