Does anyone cook there dried beans together with other types of beans? I have always done them seperate but I have been using them more lately. I found a recipe yesterday with 3 types and thought if it worked I could just put them all in the crock pot together.
Any thoughts?

I do. Though it depends on the beans. I've noticed if they are of similar color they cook better together. The only time I ever had a huge issue was cooking white beans and got the bright idea to toss in some black beans. One was mush by the time the other was done.0

Of course! I always use different kinds of beans together. When I make chili, I'll use kidney beans, pinto beans and black beans. Those are usually the only ones I eat, so I mix them up in almost everything I eat that requires beans lol0

I did it today--brown lentils, garbanzos, black eyed peas.Soaked them in hot homemade broth for a little over an hour, and then cooked them on low heat for 2 hours or so. Added some sauteed vegetables and seasoning. They came out great.0
