"Happy Birthday!"

Maybe use them in recipes and then freeze what you make?

How about your/his favorite photo of the two of you in a frame?

It depends on your activity level settings. If you picked sedentary, then you will be eating less than someone who is lightly active or active.
-
Maybe you could try an activity to take your mind off food like a walk around the block, reading a book, or watching a show you like.

I get on the scale daily but I don't log it on MFP unless it shows a loss.

If you watch the office, you should watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KX5xh4AX2HU

Same here. Weirdly enough, I feel more comfortable sharing this experience with strangers that I meet through MFP rather than people that I know in real life. I guess it's because we're all united by a common goal or something to that effect.

I'm 19! Feel free to add. :)

Veggie corn dogs from Trader Joe's are pretty fantastic. And they don't taste like they're vegetarian!

My grandpa bakes it upside down so that the juices flow to the breast.

Keep a spray bottle with you and squirt him with water whenever he tries to push you off the wagon.

"L-O-V-E" is a classic. It's been redone a bunch of times, but I think NK Cole's version is the most famous.

Hmm, well it makes sense that you want lunch earlier, since you woke up earlier. Maybe try eating a heavier/bigger breakfast?

Hey, I'm in my second year. Feel free to add, I definitely want more college MFP friends. :)

It might be harder for people to see a difference if they see you every day. Don't worry about it, they'll see it eventually and as long as YOU notice and are feeling healthier, it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks.

Hmm, well I'm not sure how reliable this is but I've heard that eating sugar just makes you want to eat more and that's why companies put it into foods that might normally not have or need it. Maybe try cutting out stuff that's processed/sugary like the chocolate or donuts? And this is just a wild guess but... maybe your…

I try to enter as I go. This is easy for me to do since I have the MFP app on my phone. If I'm at home, I log from my computer as I go. Otherwise, log at night. I can't remember what I've eaten for the past few days so logging every two or three days or so would not work for me. I don't keep this in a notebook. Hope this…

My experience with dining halls is that they can be a good place and a bad place for a diet. Depends on your will power, haha. Good luck! Feel free to add. :)

Welcome and good luck! :)

Yeah, transitioning is hard. I hope your dining hall posts the nutritional information to the food that they serve there. It definitely helped me stay away from foods that I might otherwise have eaten. Good luck! Feel free to add. :)

Maybe Vitamin E?

Date: 26 October 2011 Weigh in: 142.5 Net Difference: -1.5 lbs I managed to log every day and worked out every day except for Monday! I think I've managed to drink at least eight cups of water daily although I haven't been as good about logging them.
-
Hey! I'm about your height and I have a similar goal. Feel free to add. :)
