You could try using moleskin to prevent blisters. Just stick it on your hotspots (anywhere that feels like it's getting hot as a result of the rubbing/chafing.) If there's a Grocery Outlet near you, you should definitely check it out. I love that place. I'm definitely a fan of eggs, mushrooms, and frozen fish fillets.

I have an HTC Incredible. I like the Android system because you can customize it more but my phone has a weird bug that I don't think is present in other phones. I would not recommend the Incredible, but another Android. Android devices come with free turn-by-turn navigation. iPhones do not.

Time is obviously not the only factor. However, according to National Geographic, the time of day that food is eaten has enough of an impact on weight gain that is was worth including in their documentary.

For members who are asking "why?" I think the answer is in the original post. I rarely drink milk and I recently cut out starchy stuff like bread, noodles, rice, etc. I think it helped. I lost like, four or five pounds in a couple of weeks. Just try not to go over your calorie goals. I missed the starchy stuff at first but…

Yes, I always take them off unless the floor looks too dirty or it's a party where I see everyone else has their shoes on. When I have people over, I ask them to take their shoes off. No need to get the floor all dirty for nothing.
