    I make all kinds of dips with it. Savory stuff like french onion dip, blue cheese dip, cucumber tzatziki, chipotle lime dressing, etc.

    blend with equal quantities of frozen fruit (ie, 100g yoghurt & 100g frozen berries) and add a bit of sweetner to taste. It's only 100-150kcals and tastes like frozen yoghurt as it gets really thick! So good
