Never heard of Curtsy Squats. Definitely a fun challenge! Thank you for the YouTube video. May be a stupid question, but since tomorrow is 70 squats, with the Curtsy squat, is it 35 per leg or 70 per leg? Just want to get the info before I start, if possible. Good luck everyone!

I wear mine on my jeans pocket, left side for every day activities. That pocket has my phone in it, so I check my pocket a lot and this allows me to check to make sure my Fitbit is still there and not missing. Thanks for all the tips. I ended up looking up just "Sesame Chicken" and put it in. My weakness when it comes to all this is that I'm horrible at guessing the amount I had. Day 1: Butt Bible Lower Body Day 2: Butt Bible Upper Body Day 3: Rest or choose a cardio routine Day 4: Butt Bible Lower Body Day 5: Butt Bible Upper Body Day 6: Rest or choose a cardio routine Day 7: Rest Do Level 1 for 2 weeks, Level 2 for 2 weeks, and Level 3 for 2 weeks.

I've started doing the Butt Bible videos. I found them on YouTube. They are pretty cool and you might want to check them out and maybe try some stuff from the different levels on that workout routine.
