I'm doing beginner lifting.. I've been eating a little less than you, but am starting to increase as I increase my weight. Does anyone know if I can adjust my diary to reflect the calories I'm aiming for instead of the ones assigned by MFP?

I would say the blue and white. Very figure flattering and pretty. The black and cream looks like a bit more of a va-va-voom date night dress :) Both very nice though, great taste!

Trust me, I hear you! The less you have to lose, the more of a challenge it becomes. Especially when people tell you " You want to lose more? You don't need to!" I found I was having the same issue, so I started taking a protein supplement immediately after my workout. That was when I started to see my weight loss match my muscle tone :)
